Tron: Legacy (2009)
The sequence where Tron/Rinzler and CLU 2 are free falling and fighting was originally shot on a motion capture stage with 2 stunt men on wires. It looked like 2 men on wires pawing at each other. Very silly. So I blocked out a fully keyframed choreographed sequence of 2 people falling and fighting over a rod that could save one and doom another. This video shows the shots I fully keyframed for the film.
G-Force (2008)
One of the most grueling and rewarding projects I’ve ever worked on. The last shot with the robot taking form required hundreds of individually animated pieces.
Monster House (2006)
A mostly mocap movie but surprisingly fun.
Spiderman 1 and 2 (2002)
The first film I was genuinely excited to work on.
Hollow Man (2000)
Lots of rotomation on this movie. Not the funnest project but I did really well on it.
Stuart Little (1999)
My very first project at Imageworks. Some of the shots in this video got cut from the movie so unfortunately, I lost the audio for one of the dialog shots.
T-Rex: Back to the Cretaceous (1998)
An IMAX 3D film.
Sphere (1997)
First Animation Supervisor roll and feature film project. Modeled, textured, rigged and animated the jellyfish. Supervised 4 other animators. These 2 shots were done completely by myself.
Honor
A short animated film that I helped a friend make from home.
